Advanced – Focuses on complexities of subject matter, participants are recommended to have an understanding of subject matter prior to enrolling in course. Typically designed for managers or people with experience in the subject matter.

This micro-credential will cover a variety of topics relating to the role of front of house and the importance of being a team player.
It comprises 5 lessons of learning, followed by a completion quiz to test your knowledge and understanding. By the end of this course, you will be able to confidently understand the end of shift procedures, the importance of managing stock control, identify hygiene hazards and safe procedures conduct team briefings and evaluate and improve service which will provide you with confidence and a sound understanding of industry standards.
