Hygienic Food Safety Credential covers the skills and knowledge required to ensure food premises, fixtures, fittings, and equipment and those parts of vehicles used to transport food are maintained to an acceptable standard of cleanliness.
In the Hygienic Food Safety, the learner has demonstrated understanding in:
- Implementing and developing hygiene and safe procedures
- Implementing practices to prevent the spread of microbes and bacteria, and
- Identifying and implementing waste management practices.
